Access to shop car park

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 468643.

The tree at entrance to access has grown so much it is now damaging our delivery vehicles to the store. we will have no choice but to park on the road which may cause traffic issues. this is a ongoing issue at this site as your site says its been reported before or nearby.
