Outside 10 west road bourne

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 468783.

Lamp is taller than my house so shines directly into bedrooms preventing restful sleep even with blackout blinds. This is causing distress. I would like shields attached or the lamp off. Recently the lamp was off and this was a blissful situation.
