Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 469162.

Morrisons contractors doing broadband?? ( from Kent) have dug up path for work then retarmaced path to the top of kerb and path edging with base tarmac and not left room for topping tarmac. This then means you can see all joints and uneven surfaces. Who is checking these contractors work, making our village look an isore!
