Dropped Kerb of Copper Bank, Station Road, Barkston.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 469566.
Customer has stated that the dropped kerb is uneven and is making it difficult to get in and out with the cars. That there is a large drop which ideally should be evened out. Damage is presumed to be an accidental incident of heavy goods falling off HGV.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. After site investigation carried out drop kerbs are correctly situated in place and at the correct upstand. It's also noted that the significant drop off is privately owned and not the responsibility of LCC Highways as our records show our liability area ends where the drop off begins. Thanks
