Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 469658.

Please could street light column number PN17 be replaced before the winter as this will be long dark stretch between posts. This post was removed earlier in the year by National Grid for electrical safety reasons due to spring water rising up beneath it.
