Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 469737.

You do not allow us to reply to your emails!!!! You, in your infinite wisdom (what a joke) told us that the road was not in a bad condition even tho' it is so badly damaged by HUGE juggernauts that our house shakes......DO YOU LIVE HERE....NO!! DO YOU FEEL OUR HOUSE SHAKE....NO!! We will not be letting this end here....you work for us - not the other way round!! We will now be starting proceedings to sue the council for damage to our property.
