Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 470180.

For a number of days there has been a one-way system near the village hall with traffic lights, and for all this time there had been nobody working. After being subjected to a closed road in Marston for weeks (why the road had to be completely closed for all this time is beyond me), now we have lights with no work taking place. It seems like putting two fingers up to the residents - and saying 'we can do what we like'. Brian Moulton Hougham Ng32 2 jg
