Low kerb, water concerns 172 Station Road. Surfleet.
Reported via desktop in the Loose/missing/chipped kerbstone category anonymously at 16:32, Tue 12 September 2023
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 470591.
Customer has stated the kerb is too low and doesn't prevent water from entering properties. Has been going for quite awhile and is requesting to have the kerb raised to prevent this happening. Believes the drains to be potentially blocked as they are not taking the water away fast enough.

Why have we closed this report? We cleaned this areas drains in the last year and our last inspection showed that they are working well. It’s worth noting though that at times of extreme weather even well-maintained drains like these can be overwhelmed. If the problem happens again but in less extreme conditions then please report this to us and we will investigate the issue again. Thank you for reporting this matter.
