Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 470601.

There is something hanging off the top of the street lamp. It looks like this could potentially drop onto a vehicle. This road is going to be closed from 13 Sept 23 for 4 weeks so an ideal time to get it fixed please.
