Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because building work is currently taking place during which they are driving and accessing the property over the area next to the access. We will monitor the site, but wait to see if they repair what they have damaged. Thank you for reporting this matter.

Customer has stated that the building works have finished and needs this relooked at, it's been asked to been reviewed twice and no update from there.
