Traffic lights at 5 way junction Market Hill

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 470727.

The lights are too quick to change between flows not giving enough time to clear junction, pedestrian crossing dangerous as unless you are very quick the lights have changed before you are half way across the road. Why was some sensible thought not given when programming and making it 5 way.
