Wooden stairs leading off Surprise View.
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 470803.
There is a public footpath, leading past Barrowby Lowfields to what is known a Surprise View or Pancake Hill. As you approach the hill, nettles and brambles cover the path leading to the steps and also make the handrail unusable. The steps are also looking very uneven and rotten in places. This problem was reported at the Barrowby Parish Council meeting on Monday 11th September by another resident, who isn't very tech savvy, so I offered to report it on her behalf. I do not know how long it has been a problem. I hope this information is helpful.
