Hedges encrouch lane by at least 1 meter. Restricting passage by motor vehicles/delivery vehicles and council bin collections. Also garden has a very established oak tree with substantial low branches causing issues for high delivery vehicles as shown in photo. Vehicles have started using Digby Court car park to bypass restriction.
