The developers are apparently in the process of reducing the width of the road by nearly half a metre and I’m sure this is not in the planning permission.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

The site manager is responsible for this issue. He has agreed to get Chapter 8 out and did not realise his obligations to highway users or that his site was causing a hazard. I suggested he complete short sections of kerbing at a time. He will seek advise from a team member who is NRSWA accredited and will resolve issues by tomorrow morning. If you require any further information. Thank you for reporting this matter.
