Please can you advise if there has been any progress as the courtyard is still flooding and the torrent of water seems to be increasing as it flows down St George's Hill and also from Hillside as shown in the previously sent videos.

The culvert has been repaired today but there is still an issue when there is heavy rain as the water also comes off Hillside. I was advised previously that you were going to install drainage at the entrance to the courtyard of our properties to stop the courtyard flooding from excessive water from St George’s Hill and Hillside. You can clearly see from the previous videos I sent to you that the issue was not solely from St George’s Hill it was Hillside too. The damaged culvert was only part of the issue regarding flooding. Please can you advise why this is now showing as fixed when you have not carried out this work to the entrance of our courtyard.
