Lay by outside the Old School House, Church Road, Stickford.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471157.

The lay by is used every day by the Post Office when collecting mail and frequently by drivers when turning round. The surface has been deteroating for some time and is now breaking up leaving potholes about 20 mm deep. The maximum size is 30 x 2 mm.
