Err, it comes out of the sky as heavy rain it was flowing off the road down our drive & around the house nearly coming in when cars drove past & caused waves.
I didn't time how long it took to get away but quite a while there is a drain in the gutter exactly where the flooding was which was obviously blocked.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because an officer visited the site and conducted an inspection of all the drains and all appeared to be functioning correctly. Thank you for reporting this matter.

The problem is still continuing, the only drains that seam to be working properly are our own as the water rushes down our drive & at one point into the porch. If you send someone round, I can show them videos. Some people appear to enjoy charging through the water with there cars.
The road has been completely flooded all day.
