Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471170.

Two Very large trees strangled by ivy, blocking out natural light from bungalows, also I fear if it was to up route of if branches fall off it could cause considerable damage to the bungalows beneath them , I fear they are a liability to the property’s and need a radical trim . This is I believe a public walkway , frequented by many daily. Your consideration in the safety of the property and possible lives is paramount , please access ASAP many thanks
