Street light on east side of The Paddock (last light going north)

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471200.

As previously reported this unit is partly obscured by foliage. BUT it has also failed - the lamp does no work (checked 18/09/23 in darkness). so the whole of the north end of this close is unlit. This has been inoperative since the spring, and whilst another unit on The Paddock was fixed, this one has sipped through. It is NOT just a matter of foliage - the lamp itself has failed.
