Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471245.
Tarmac pavement ourside our house is disintegrating creating a trip hazard. We are in our 70s and my husband has walking difficulties. I feel it has now got to the stage it is not safe anymore. The top layer of tarmac on the pavement has failed and is crumbling away leaving a very uneven surface.
