Reported via desktop in the Tree/hedge restricting available highway category anonymously at 10:31, Tuesday 19 September 2023

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471246.

Caller states the hedge on the highway side was recently cut. They spoke to the contractor who explained they were only instructed to cut one site of the hedge. Caller states the entire hedge used to be cut back over the last 5 years and the hedge is on public land.

Because our current resources are extremely limited we have to focus our enforcement on matters of a significant danger or nuisance to road users.
