  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • We acknowledge your concerns and have carried out an initial inspection. Whilst we won’t be taking immediate action, we are seeking specialist arboriculture advice and will arrange for any advised works once their assessment has been completed. If the fault deteriorates significantly please report this again to us. Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • I am a little concerned about the outcome of this matter .There have been no contact with myself at my home address or inspection of the tree .The tree has some sort of bug burrowing into the main trunk making this very weak .My main concern is with winter coming if the tree is unsafe the branches may fall into my drive damaging my cars and motorhome . As i have reported this mater with you i would like all the dead branches removed before they fall onto my property or a passer-by on the foot path .Could you please get in touch with myself going forward Regards Gary Parker
