The big hill going towards barrowby

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471404.

There's excessive amounts of gravel on both sides of the hill from where the road has flooded, there is some large stones and amounts of grit which are dangerous for cars and cyclists
