Adjacent 214/216 High Road, Whaplode.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471422.

The road gully is completely blocked with mud, adjacent gullies are clear. Consequently the High Road and drives leading to 214 & 216 are flooded when we experience heavy rainfall, which has been fairly regular recently.
