Good evening, Re: grass verge at corner of 11 Elizabeth Avenue. This drain cover is almost collapsed and is very dangerous, if a vehicle such as the council grass cutters, workers vehicle or emergency services drives over it I fear it will be disastrous! I have reported this issue already but been informed this grass verge is not looked after by LCC. I was told to check land registry but they asked for my card details which I feel is unreasonable. I do not own the grass verge and it is right next to my property so can you please tell me how to get this problem fixed? Kind regards Mrs Sue Barton
