Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471500.

Caller states that there was previously a drain on the public pavement directly outside there property that there drainpipe used to run rain water into. She mentions that a few years ago the pavement was re-tarmaced and the contractors covered the drain entirely. She has had someone inspect her property foundation and brickwork and they have stated the rain water has damaged this over the years.
