Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471539.

Caller mentions that multiple safety issues were noticed this morning at road works. The traffic management systems were not in place correctly. Causing mass issues with people living on Newark Road attempting to leave properties - Visibility issues with large dumpers collecting loose earth. Caller also mentions there was no safety in place for members of the public that were walking underneath a mini excavator that was collecting earth to place into the large dumper.
