Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471595.

This light has been reported several times, engineers have been out to it several times. Unfortunately it is not working again, it comes on for and odd few minutes and then it's off. Hopefully you can get it sorted as the nights are getting longer and a whole section of Forest Dale is again very dark.
