Outside the field gate in Rose lane between the main drain at mill lane and The Willows

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471602.

Drainage water was backing up and over flowing into our septic tank overflow tank at the boundary of our property The Willows. We called Bates out who believed when lifting the drain lid outside the field that the problem is between there and the drain on mill lane. The drain on Mill lane corner is totally overgrown and you can’t even see it. This could potentially cause us to flood.

    Can this please be looked at urgently. This photo confirms that it is tree roots blocking the gully drain. We are in danger of this backing up in our overflow drain and flooding our property. We have a lot of farm traffic down our lane which causes sludge in the drains. If we have another heavy down pour this could not only effect us but other properties too.
