Recently resurfaced sections of Matlock drive

Reported via mobile in the Other road surface issue category by Duncan Richardson at 11:39, Sat 23 September 2023

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471698.

The roadworks are gone but the finish of the road surface is terrible. Concrete edging has been tarmacked over sufficiently that there is encroachment on drains; the slots are clear but some cannot be opened due to the tarmac coverage. The overall surface is uneven; bonding to side roads is inadequate.

It looks unfinished yet the road has been reopened. Who is responsible for inspection of this work?
