Multiple potholes within the 30 - 40mph area, looks like the surface of the moon. Been continuously reported but nothing occurs, there is also very little surface tarmac as its all worn away.

This has not been fixed are they blind or doing surveys from google street view. There are still multiple potholes all over the area, yes they have done a nice repair, but they still ignored the rest of the other potholes. You are wasting time and money keep investigating if you got to the area and sending a team out to very little or just enough to get away with saying fixed.
