Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471856.
There is a drain immediatley at the end of my driveway on the road. There is a big hole at the side of the drain so the water fills the hole rather than going down the drain .When the hole is full the water overflows and carries on down the road.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Progress! We’ve completed our investigation and works are now planned. Once we know when work is due to take place we will let you know.

We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

At the end of sept I reported a hole on the road by my house- Ramblers. A man came and took photos and marked the area with white paint. Several weeks later nothing has changed and the white paint has been washed away. Can you inform me when this repair will take place? D Litchfield
