Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471897.

I have been contacted by a resident who uses a motorised invalid carriage to advise that the scale and bulk of this hedge makes it difficult to go by the hedge from St Mary’s Gardens and if exiting St Mary’s Gardens by car restricts the traffic view.
