Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 471915.

Caller mentions that the pavement has just been resurfaced and contractor had explained to him this would also include the dropped kerb driveway section of the pavement directly outside the property. Contracts have skipped that part of the pavement and just left this as concrete. Caller would like to know why this is and when it will be rectified.
