There are no defects at intervention level at this location, there are many reasons for vibrations in properties such as, ground conditions, utility apparatus, foundation details at property etc most if not all of these are outside the responsibility of this authority, we would suggest if you have concerns that you contact your building insurers who may decide to send a building surveyor to inspect and advise.
