Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 472018.

The Grass, Weeds, Thistles and Brambles are heavily overgrown, and now growing over the pathway and invading surrounding properties, the owner of the land should be sent an official letter if not council owned to maintain it.
