Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4186377.

customer calles as last year a senior highways officer came out to look at the manholE cover o/s 158 due to the fact every time a car drove over it it made a very loud noise this was then dealth with and for a time the problem stopped but it has started back up
