Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 472076.

We have waited over 7 weeks for this road to be re surfaced and they have left it in such a mess. All the road signs are gone so we're expecting it to be finished. It is far from finished. It hasn't been rolled. It's been left in a mess. The speed bumps are covered in tar. It looks like it's just got binding tar on it but it's up to the levels already. If this is the mess you make a roads, it's such bad management. It needs to be sorted soon as possible
