The junction at the Sessions House coming down Northgate
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 472086.
The give way markings have worn away. I witnessed a near miss between 2 cars. I believe the driver did not realise he had to stop and give way to traffic from the right. He carried on through and almost collided with a car coming round from Southgate.
