Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 472088.

We have been trying to get the kerb dropped outside and keep getting pass around different departments the three bungalows have disabled people living in them two of us use scooters and the other needs to use a frame but we have to go all round the close to cross the road please could you get the kerb dropped before this winter
