Just south of the old post office there's another severely blocked drain
Reported via Android in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 08:18, Wed 4 October 2023
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 472764.
Drain filled with debries to the extent that you can barely see enough of the grate to see that there's even a drain there. This is in addition to the previously reported blocked drain a short distance away outside the school

This photograph was taken on the 15/08/23 so it appears that either somebody hasn't done the job that they were paid for. Or this drain has some miraculous ability to get blocked solid just as bad as previously to the "jetting" in only two days. Also the people that came to do the jetting didn't do other drains dur to parked cars. When we offered to move them they said there's no need they are going to return the following day. I have cctv footage that shows that no such action took place.

The inspection of the surface water drains on 2nd April confirmed a collapsed section and other blockages extending from The Old Post House, around the corner at the school, to the kerbside drain between the school and Merrymead Cottage. Repairs are necessary before further inspection is possible to confirm the condition and function of the system. To prevent further damage to property these repairs are essential. Please help.

This drain remains blocked and has never been cleared despite supposed works in 2023.
