Boggy perimeter of main part of West Common prevents suitable access for walkers and joggers

Reported via desktop in the Standing water covering more than half the road category by Long Leys Residents Association at 11:11, Sat 7 October 2023

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 473103.

In Winter, higher water levels and the boggy nature of the ground at parts of the perimeter prevent reasonable use. This has been reported at the Commons Advisory Panel and needs to be addressed. Key problem is around areas 1 and 2 shown on photograph.
