Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 473294.
This problem has been significant now for a long period of time. An accident was reported to me where a man in his wheelchair got wheel stuck in the gaps and fell out of his chair. This needs sorting as a matter of emergency before anyone else gets injured.
