Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 473347.

I reported recently lack of clear ramp sign on Sleaford sode of works. I hit the severe ramp quite hard and it put my wipers on, at night. Subsequently my wipers failed and have been repaired at my garage cost me £449. I blame this on the roadworks and lack of clear signage. And wish to claim
