Potholed trench, filled in twice already yet sinking agains

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 473429.
This has only recently been filled in, after sinking after the first time it was filled. And another trench is sinking further towards the petrol station

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

It rattles my cycle handlebars every time I cycle over it. It should not have sunk TWICE in this time. About you you oversee the quality of repairs carried out by these utilities companies that deem it acceptable to carry out poor quality repairs on our roads. It needs putting right before someone trips or falls off a cycle or motorcycle, or causes vehicular damage.
