Seating issue report

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 473673.

Bus stop is completely inaccessible for people who wish to board the bus in wheelchairs or require level boarding due to the pavement not being raised. Bus ramp doesn’t reach the ground when deployed due to depth between the pavement and bus. Also no shelter or seats for people waiting for the bus. Very disappointing LCC are discriminating against people with access considerations.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
