Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 473695.
Numerous potholes, tarmac disturbance. This has caused issues not only for me twisting my ankles but my pram wheels becoming stuck and also my son flipping over his scooter handle bars. An attempt has been made to patch work some repairs but unfortunately this has not solved the problem.

We're sending you this message to let you know that we've assessed the footway condition and at this time it does not require urgent repair. However we have identified this location for a larger scale improvement scheme. At this stage we are unable to give specific dates for this or definitely commit to the scheme because we prioritise these schemes based on condition compared with the rest of the County footway network and the resources available to us each year. We will continue to monitor this location as part of our routine inspections of the highway in the meantime. Thank you for reporting this matter.
