Recently repaired drain still blocked and not passing water as pictured
Reported via mobile in the Blocked drain category by Fixar Rhodes at 09:34, Fri 13 October 2023
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 473817.
Light rainfall. Not exceptional circumstances nor severe conditions. Obviously ignored by flowline on their recent visit. Perhaps outsource to a capable company?

We’re sending you this message to let you know that we cleaned this areas drains in the last year and our last inspection showed that they are working well. It’s worth noting though that at times of extreme weather even well-maintained drains like these can be overwhelmed. If the problem happens again but in less extreme conditions then please report this to us and we will investigate the issue again. If the fault deteriorates significantly then please report this again to us and we will investigate further. Thank you for reporting this matter.

You can clearly see in the previously uploaded picture that this drain is blocked and forcing water down to the next drain. So your inspection must have been inadequate. Flowline missed this off their "cleaning schedule" unless you can confirm otherwise?
