The footpath that runs for this 1-2 mile stretch is in appalling condition and needs urgent maintenance. It is overgrown and severely narrowed, uneven with roots growing through the tarmac, footpath completely obscured by growth in places, not safe enough to cyclists and dangerous for walkers where it is so uneven.
