Water is collecting because yesterdays application of a new surface to only part of the road which is preventing water flowing to the drain.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • This problem has now been outstanding for over 5 months. Please advise a timescale for a response from Highways. A formal complaint will be made if a response with this information is not received within 2 weeks.
